After several years of experience in my professional activities with children and adolescents in different school contexts, I always believed that there must be a link between the behaviour of children and their diet, sleep habits, and wellbeing. This belief inspired me to undertake studies in nutrition and wellbeing, which in turn allowed me to develop opportunities for both children and adults.
I started this business because I believe deep in my heart that with better nutrition and well-being we can all lead more fulfilled lives. Nutrition plays such a huge part in our lifestyle and there are so many deep-rooted beliefs and habits that go against what’s best for our bodies. I want to change that through education and support.
